Holiday Cards Terms of Use

Holiday Cards is made by Intervues, operated by Ayoush Chourasia, an independent developer based in India. Contact: admin@intervues.club.

It is one of the apps being built in public on community.intervues.club. It is independent of the community membership: these terms cover the app only, and the community has its own terms.

Holiday Cards is for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, we do not knowingly collect data from them, and if we learn that we have, we delete it. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

Use it lawfully and do not try to break, reverse-engineer or overload it. We may limit or stop access for anyone who does.

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but features may change or be withdrawn, and an app in this challenge may be retired. If that happens, the app page says so.

Any purchase or subscription is sold through the Apple App Store under that store's terms. Refunds are requested from the store, which decides them; we cannot issue store refunds ourselves.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your store account settings.

You keep ownership of anything you put into the app. You let us process it only to provide the app to you, as the privacy policy describes.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
