Holiday Cards Privacy Policy

Holiday Cards is made by Intervues, operated by Ayoush Chourasia, an independent developer based in India. Intervues is the data controller (the data fiduciary, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) for the data described here.

Holiday Cards does not ask for or store personal data.

Holiday Cards does not send your data to any third party, apart from the store you installed it from (the Apple App Store), which handles downloads and any payment under its own privacy policy.

Holiday Cards stores nothing about you while it is being built. This policy will be updated before that changes.

Write to admin@intervues.club from the address you used in the app (or describe your device if there is no account) and ask us to delete your data. We confirm when it is done, within 30 days.

Deleting the app from your device removes whatever it stored only on that device.

Holiday Cards is for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, we do not knowingly collect data from them, and if we learn that we have, we delete it. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

Holiday Cards is one of the apps Ayoush is building in public on community.intervues.club. It is a separate product: using it does not make you a community member, and joining the community does not give the app any of your data. The community has its own privacy policy at community.intervues.club/legal/privacy.

When this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app tells you the next time you open it. Small wording fixes do not.
