Should have a really good understanding of Networking Basics and termonolygies used in cybeer security (like cia traid ,compilance etc...) does'nt matter which ever domain you choose in cybersecurity LINUX is something that you should know
After having a good foundation, choose a domain in cybeer security as it has many domains and you cant be expert in every domain (like soc analyst , offensive , defensive , grc etc...)
Do a certifiaction (prefer) or use free resources to know in depth about your selected domain In cyber security feild certification are always prefered but it doeesnt mean having only theoritacl knowledge is enough
Use platform like tryhackme , hackabox etc.. to have a practical knowledge of your learning this is most important step to get a job , It is very very very important to know practical hand on knowledge which you can get from these kind of platforms
In this AI drivern era it is obvously very important to know how to itegrate and use ai for automating many tasks in cybersecurity , but this should be last step and should be done only after having practial and foundational knowledge
